Auto Accident Injuries
We understand the stress and pain patients are in following personal injury accidents. We analyze, diagnose, and create an individualized treatment plan for whiplash and soft tissue injuries. We will thoroughly explain your treatment and update your insurance agency on your behalf.
CDL/DOT Exams
Dr. Cole is certified to conduct Department of Transportation (DOT) exams for commercial drivers. This physical exam and related lab work is conducted in our office and your paperwork is submitted to the online Federal database. We provide this in the Quartzsite, Ehrenberg & Phoenix offices.
